President – Keith Rager

Keith Rager was born in Johnstown, PA and a graduate of Richland High School, Johnstown, Pennsylvania. After High School he served with the United States Marine Corps, attached with the 6th fleet in the Mediterranean and was awarded an Honorable Discharge. Presently he is a member of the Conemaugh Marine Corp league detachment.

He has completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Accounting at the University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown campus. He also attended St Francis University where he obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. He is a national member of SHRM and holds a PHR certificate.

Keith worked for United Parcel Service for 26 years. During that time he managed three of the largest operations in Western Pa. He was assigned to Corporate UPS twice, once to help develop and implement the computer hand held DIAD and again to the UPS subsidiary Roadnet where he developed a LAN based mainframe interactive system. He has received numerous awards for cost and employee relations improvements. He was assigned to UPS’s Industrial Engineering department for 7 years where he directed the CACD program in Western Pa.

Keith is the President and founding member of The Lucas Foundation. Started after the death of his nephew it has served numerous families with support at the loss of a new born.

Keith presently works for Data Mechanix of Irvine, California as the East Coast Marketing Manager.

Keith has been married for over 31 years to the former Kerry Frazer of South Fork, Pennsylvania. They have three grown children.  Keith is a certified scuba diver, motorcyclist, hunter and avid golfer.
